Searching around Route 3, Tiki finds the oddest thing: a small, blue-ish Pokemon with a little black tail... and the tail has eyes. It looks up at Tiki and tilts its head in a weird manner.
"Wy?" it questions.

Tiki stares at the tiny creature for a minute as nothing happens. "........" "........." Tiki decides they will make the first move. Justice swings its' leaf around as razaor sharp leaves fly towards the blue pokemon, and Tiki follows up with a fast kick.

The blue thing winces in pain when the razor-sharp leaves cut into it, but it remains standing perfectly still....until Tiki hits it. When Tiki's attack connects, it seems to move with the force of the blow and then comes right back around, smacking Tiki's out-stretched hand with its whole body. It then suddenly leaps several meters away.
Blue thing splashes! (+2 Evasion)

Tiki's eyes go wide at the sound of 3000 monies. Though, she remembers just pending lots of money shopping today, and is only down to 525 in her pocket. She is about to decline, but remembers the note from the woman is still in her pocket. She said she would donate to the guild, but now she is struggling for money, and this guy might rob her if she isn't to careful. Plus the thought of her spending that lady's money feels...wrong. "Hmmm...Ok then, mister. I'll play your game!"

He retrieves an apricorn ball from his satchel and throws it into the air. It bursts open, revealing a weird, gaseous ball with large eyes and two sharp-looking fangs in its mouth.
"Gaaastly!" it shouts, spooking nearby citizens and causing them to decide to walk the opposite direction. Very quickly.

The floating ball of gas easily evades the move entirely. (Levitate Ability: Immune to Ground) It then sends an orb of pale blue-ish purple flames at Hermit.

The Gastly is slashed a bit by the leaves, but then an eerie mist settles over Justice, preventing her from using them again for awhile.
It then floats down and licks Justice.
